All written, digital and verbal communications with Wise Law Office for the purpose of facilitating and conducting a preliminary consultation regarding your legal enquiry are strictly confidential and protected by lawyer-client privilege.

Wise Law Office is not retained by any person making a preliminary enquiry, and no lawyer-client relationship will be established by such equiry, until such time as Wise Law Office expressly agrees to become engaged upon a matter and a written retainer agreement has been executed by the person(s) making such enquiry and Wise Law Office.

While Wise Law Office makes every effort to respond promptly to every request for a preliminary consultation, Wise Law Office expressly reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline to act or to otherwise become engaged upon any such request for a preliminary consultation.
