	Garry J. Wise was born in Toronto, and graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1984. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1986. He founded WISE LAW OFFICE in 1986. Garry J. Wise is a lawyer and notary, and has completed advanced training in Family Law Mediation and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. His Toronto law practice focuses primarily in the areas of Employment Law, Family Law, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury litigation, Estate litigation and Small Business Consultation. Garry J. Wise is a prior Chairman, Legal Affairs and Advocacy Committee, Big Sisters Association of Ontario, where he also served as a member of the Executive Committee for two years.
He is primary contributor to the award-winning Wise Law Blog, and is also developer of WiseLii, Canada's Mobile Legal Research Tool, a free iPhone application enabling users to research Canadian case law, statutes and regulations via CanLii. Garry has contributed to Bar-eX News,SlawTips,Huffington Post, CCH Labour & Law Newsletter, Canadian Bar Association’s Solo and Small Firm Addendum, Divorce Magazine and CCH Canadian Family Law Guide. He has been a Continuing Legal Education presenter on social media, legal ethics, Web 2.0 and security issues, and is an occasional commentator on TV, radio and other media. 	Shashi Raina articled at WISE LAW OFFICE and joined the firm as a lawyer and notary after his call to the Bar of Ontario in July, 2004. After five years as an associate with Wise Law, he opened his own firm in Mississauga in 2009. He continues to handle real estate transactions, incorporations and other matters on behalf of Wise Law's clients. Shashi was born in India and was previously called to the Bar of India in 1987. In addition to English, Shashi speaks Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi. Shashi is available to meet with Wise Law clients at our Toronto offices or at his Mississauga location. 	Rachel Spence, Law Clerk Rachel joined WISE LAW OFFICE as a Legal Assistant in 2008 after completing the Court & Tribunal Agent Diploma programme at Durham College with Honours. She became a Law Clerk with our office in 2011. She is a regular contributor to Wise Law Blog. Rachel is an avid writer and health enthusiast, whose interests include photography and yoga.


	Emily Mu, Legal Assistant Emily joined WISE LAW OFFICE in 2012. She is a graduate of Humber College with an honours degree in its Law Clerk Program. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin. Emily began working in the legal field following several years in Administrative positions. Emily enjoys reading, watching movies and new adventures in travel.


	Kerry Cassanova, Director of Software Development Kerry has been leading Wise Law's software development projects since 2011. He graduated from Sheridan College ’s Computer Programmer/Systems Analyst programme in 1991. His full time career started in 1993 with Tillsmith Systems, a leader and innovator in Point of Sale devices for large financial intuitions such as CIBC and National Bank, Kerry’s contributions to these organizations are so robust that they are still in use today. In 2000, Kerry founded MicroNova Software Solutions Inc, which provides application development services, specializing in the Microsoft .NET technologies for both large and small clientele across many industries. In his spare time Kerry enjoys basketball, working out and travelling with his wife and two children.
